Mover/Driver (Part-time)

Do you want to be a part of something big while earning competitive pay ($13-$20/hr)!? If so, then join the best-in-class HodgePodge moving team. HodgePodge is looking for positive Mover/Drivers who are looking to work part-time. At HodgePodge, status is not important and working with the co-founders will be an everyday thing. You will have an opportunity to be part of a team with room for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

Represent HodgePodge by delivering all-star service to customers
Drive to and from customer homes using vehicles provided by HodgePodge
Move, pack, and photograph items
Ability to lift items in excess of 30 lbs
Use the tools provided to you by HodgePodge for packing/hauling
Fulfill HodgePodge policies and the process consistently

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent
Class C driver’s license (preferred)
1+ year of professional moving experience (wrapping, packing, and moving)
1+ year in a customer interaction
Ability to use technology
Provide an all-star customer experience

Sales Consultant

HodgePodge is an on-demand storage and goods removal service. We will help de-clutter your living area and allow you to free yourself for your next adventure. HodgePodge will make sure that you Leave No Trail Behind. Do you want to be a part of something big while disrupting the old storage and hauling industry? If so, then join the best-in-class HodgePodge sales team. HodgePodge is looking for positive sales teammates who are looking to work part or full-time. Here’s what you’ll do:

You will become an expert on everything HodgePodge and will sell new customers on our on-demand storage and hauling services
Show customers the value proposition of HodgePodge
Work directly with the sales leader along with the co-founders of the company
Work with other departments to utilize full potential and encourage networking
Achieve all-start customer satisfaction while maintaining their database
Make possible that HodgePodge values are communicated throughout

What we’re looking for:

Experience selling to consumers
1+ years of professional sales experience
Understanding of technology
Flexible work schedule
Excellent communication skills

What you’ll be doing:

Hire, train, and manage a sales team of consultants
Assure sales activity is up-to-date
Issue training and coaching services to the team
Provide top of the line sales experience to all HodgePodge customers
Analyze call and sales data to increase consistency and efficiency
Work directly with co-founders of company to improve techniques and other areas of the business
